Automatic Employment Disqualifications:

  • Incomplete employment applications, Failure to Follow Application Instructions.


  • Failure to meet minimum qualifications for position applying for.


  • Marijuana use/sold within 12 months, excluded for candidates with prescriptions.


  • Cocaine use within 10 years.


  • Use, used, tried, sold, or manufactured crack cocaine, methamphetamines (meth), heroin, acid, LSD, opiates (not prescribed), or hallucinogens such as PCP, Ice, mescaline, or psilocybin (mushrooms) in lifetime.


  • Obscene, vulgar, or offensive tattoos.


  • Omission, false, or misleading information on application and background investigation.


  • Any disciplinary action (written level and above) within the past 6 months.


  • Termination from a previous employer within 3 years, including resigning in lieu.


  • 3 or more moving traffic citations within 5 years.


  • 2 or more traffic accidents within 3 years, in which applicant received a citation as a result.


  • Received a dishonorable discharge from any of the Armed Forces.


  • Convicted of any felony.


  • Registered Sexual Offender.


  • Charged or Convicted of any Sexual Crime.


  • Convicted of a misdemeanor involving perjury or a false statement.


  • Convicted of any act of domestic violence.


  • Any type of affiliation with a gang, extremist, terrorist organization or group.


  • Charged or Convicted of a crime involving moral turpitude.


  • Any body modifications such as gauging of ears or ear lobes, filing(s) of the teeth, split tongues, or other modifications deemed unprofessional.


  • Any disciplinary action involving untruthfulness or falsifying entries/paperwork within 3 years.


  • Missing Documents requested in Application.
